NATURAL LIGHT

Designed from the beginning with natural light in mind, our design features large, broad windows on the South facing side of our buildings, which maximizes the natural light.

 

This helps keep our resident’s heating bills low while also providing the inspiring and healthy glow of natural light. Sunlight increases the level of endorphins and serotonin in the brain, is a natural antiseptic and has been known to have a positive impact on many health issues.

SALT WATER POOL

Due to a lesser amount of chlorine required, salt water pools are: better for your skin, less harmful to the environment and feel better to be in. Salt water is detoxifying and hydrating to the skin and even reduces inflammation of joints and muscles. Swimming in our pool is not only relaxing, but it is even better for your health than other pools.
